Through the years I have visited many antique shops looking for old billiard items, and occasionally found a treasure or two. But as time went on, I developed the idea of creating a "depression era" pool room in my house. Once in awhile, I would stumble onto an item that I'd seen in old pool halls when I was a teenager, and I usually couldn't pass it up. Each piece would bring back the smells and sounds that I remembered from the old Grand & Olive Billiards in downtown St. Louis where I began to learn to play. Eventually, I had a good assortment of the many types of gambling and gaming items that I remembered being around pool rooms in those days. That's what this page is all about.
