Recollection Cues

Collectible Cues, Cases & Quality Players

Josh's cues are in high demand these days -  not unusual for a cuemaker who has a great eye for design, does consistently tight work and has a two year wait list.  Here's a chance to get on without a long wait ... and it's a beauty.

He started this stick with a nice piece of pure black ebony - the perfect beginning for what would become a gorgeous cue.  He then added six points, three long points of red cocobolo and three shadow points of white elforyn.

All of the points are framed with four layers of veneer.  Both the long points and shorter, shadow points have veneers colored reddish- brown, green, white and black. They contrast nicely with the black ebony nose.

Each long point has a small cocobolo diamond inlay, framed with elforyn and ebony.

He then added the cocobolo butt sleeve with a very unique set of evony, elforyn and cocobolo inlays.  He circles the butt with six sets of this pattern.  I won't even try to describe this inlay pattern ... the pictures tell the story.

He adds an white elforyn butt cap, along with a matching elforyn joint.  Along with the black textured leather wrap, they are just the right accents for this cue.

As usual, Josh engraves his trademark "T" logo in the butt cap.

He also adds some nice stitch rings at all locations - above the butt cap, below and above the wrap, at the joint and on the shaft ring collars.

He builds this one with a flat-faced joint with a steel radial pin.  It plays great.  It comes with two 13mm shafts with Juma ferrules and double-pressed LePro tips.  It's a light one - it weighs only 18.3 ounces.
