Here is another very pretty eight point cue from North Demon displaying some really pretty wood, silver and abalone rings, and is wrapless. So if you like the feel of a wood handle, this cue could be a good option.

This is a purpleheart cue with eight points of curly maple and a curly maple handle. I'm not going to spend a lot of time talking about North Demon cues in general. I have a lot of information on other pages about how well these cues are made, how well they play, and how beautiful they are. On this page I'm going to simply describe this cue. The purpleheart is flawless, with a deep purple color and pretty grain. The maple is bright and has great curly figure.

He's using the same dazzling ring pattern in this cue as in the other eight pointers he made for me. It's a pretty silver inlaid pattern with abalone diamonds lined with more silver.

He uses the rings generously throughout the cue - above the butt cap, below and above the wrap, at the joint, and on the ring collar of the shaft.

This is really a slick design with eight points going up and down. They are all sharp and even.

The purpleheart has a curly look to it as well.

This is a handsome cue without a lot of frills that will make someone a wonderful everyday playing cue. It's not overly fancy, but will attract attention nonetheless, and when it gets a closer look, the rings will get lots of compliments.

His ringwork, as usual, is awesome, with pretty silver swirls. They really "make" this stick.

As with all his cues, he builds it with a receiver for an extension, which fits many of the generic ones built by Predator, and others.

He finishes it with a white elforyn butt cap and joint. As usual, he engraves his logo in the butt cap.

It weighs 17.5 ounces as it lies (13.9 and 3.6), and comes with his eight--piece weight bolt kit so you can make it comfortable for yourself. It has a titanium alloy radial bolt in a flat-faced joint. It is 58 inches long. It comes with one premium 13mm maple shaft with the North Demon special taper, which has very low deflection. It plays a ton ... like all his cues.
