Eddie Cohen is a top cuemaker whose cues are in extreme demand these days. Finding one finished and ready to go is a rarity. This one is available immediately and it's a beauty.

This is a very traditional four point cue, but with the added features and accents Eddie has added, it's very special. He started with a maple nose and butt sleeve, and added ebony points and boxes. Each point and box is pleasantly framed with four layers of veneer - maple, light blue, darker blue and ebony.

Each box and point is inlaid with a notched diamond and two silver dots. (All white in this cue is LBM.)

If you asked me what the trademark feature is of Cohen cues, I would immediately say his ringwork. Seldom do you see one of his cues that doesn't have a unique set of rings. This one is no exception. He adds an elaborate set of rings at all locations - above the butt cap, below and above the wrap, at the joint and on the ring collars of the shafts.

| Each ring consists of two pairs of silver rings framing a check ring of small blue and white squares. The colors match the cue perfectly and provide a beautiful accent. It is wrapped with my favorite leather - black Spanish bull.

A unique feature of this cue is the long butt cap. Like another great California cuemaker, he builds it with an elongated butt cap much like you'd find on a Tad cue. He engraves his name on it to clearly identify it as a "Cohen" cue.

| To balance the look of this cue, he adds an LBM joint, complementing the color of the butt cap.

It is built with a flat-faced joint with a 3/8X10 steel pin. I have hit with more than a dozen Cohen cues, and I have never found even one that didn't play great. Eddie is a good player and his cues reflect his ability to design cues that hit the way cues should.

This stick comes with two 13 mm shafts with Tomahawk ferrules and Triangle tips. It weighs 19.0 ounces. This is a beautiful cue from an excellent cuemaker whose cues are hard to find.
