BRIDGED FOUR POINT CUE

Here is another snazzy looking cue from Cody Cash of Wichita. His work is really excellent, and getting a lot of attention, and this cue shows why. It's a basic four point design, but with his good construction and attention to design detail, it becomes a very special stick.

This stick has a very clean, crisp look - four long, sharp ebony points with slick veneers into a rock hard maple nose and an ebony butt sleeve with very traditional notched diamonds. It's a classic look that's been around a long time and never gets old.

He uses a pretty ring pattern above and below the wrap, above the butt cap, at the joint and on the ring collars of the shafts. Each ring is made from two white rings with small ebony rectangles and long white LBM rectangles in between. Again, a very traditional design, and one that always looks great.

To take this cue to the next level, he bridges the points at their base, and does some nice miter work on the corners.

The points are long, sharp and even. Everything you look for in a nice pointed cue.

I love the veneers in this cue. I like the colors (black, natural, blue and red), but I especially like his use of black paper between each layer to make the vibrant colors distinct and bright.

Everything about this cue is clean and tight. The work is meticulous and careful, and it really shows in the overall outcome.

He adds a white Juma butt cap and joint - again, giving it a bright, clean look.

He adds a textured black leather wrap that is expertly applied. It looks great on this stick.

He builds it with a flat faced joint with a 3/8X10 stainless steel pin.

He engraves his "PK" logo (named after his son, PK) in the Juma butt cap.

It comes with two 13mm premium maple shafts with Juma ferrules and Medium LePro tips. It weighs either 18.9 or 19.2 ounces depending on which shaft is used (15.3, 3.6, 3.9) and is 58 inches long.
This is a great playing cue that looks as good as it plays and will make someone a very nice stick.
